PENGARUH AERASI DAN NUTRISI PADA BIOREMEDIASI LIMBAH CAIR MINYAK BUMI OLEH KONSORSIUM BAKTERI PETROFILIK DAN Salvinia molesta D. S. Mitchell
The research about effect of aeration and nutrition in bioremediation at petroleum liquid waste by consortium of petrophylic bacterial and Salvinia molesta D.S. Mitchell had been done on July to September 2013 in Microbiology Laboratory, Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematic and Natural Science, Sriwijaya University. This research to devinite oxygen supply and C:N:P:K ratio which match in bioremediation at petroleum liquid waste by consortium of petrophylic bacterial and Salvinia molesta D.S. Mitchell. The experiment design used Completely Factorial Randomized Design with two factors, they were C:N:P:K ratio and aeration, consist of nine treatment combination and three replications. The observed variable were number of bacterial population, dry weight of Salvinia molesta, and percentage of TPH degradation. The result showed that C:N:P:K ratio and aeration could improve bacterial activity on TPH degrading in bioremediation at petroleum liquid waste for 30 days, it was niai (C:N:P:K=100:0.25:0.025:0.0025 and aeration 1000 mL/minute) with TPH degradation 77.23%, the number of bacterial population 2.7 x 106 cfii/mL and dry weight of Salvinia molesta 13.44 grams.
