This study aims to examine the influence of physical work environment on employee performance at Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional Kabupaten Lahat. The population of this study is the entire number of employees of Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional Kabupaten Lahat, amounting to 44 people. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The result show that there was a positive and not significant effect between the Physical Work Environment on employee performance
