This study aims to analyze the effect of good corporate governance on firm value. Good corporate governance variables used are managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners, audit committee, and board of directors, while firm value in this study are various manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. Hyphotesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS Version 25.0 application. The results of this study indicate that independent board of commissioners have a significant effect on firm value. Managerial ownership, institutional ownership, audit committee, and board of directors do not have a significant effect on firm value.
