KINETIKA DEGRADASI TANAH TERKONTAMINASI LIMBAH MINYAK BUMI MENGGUNAKAN SINERGI BAKTERI KONSORSIUM DAN TURI [Sesbania grandiflora (L.) Poitret] DALAM PROSES BIOREMEDIASI
It had been researched about kinetics of contaminated petroleum sludge soil degradation by using consortium bacteria (Pseudomonas pseudoalcaligenes, Bacillus sp, Pseudomonas pseudomallei, Microccocus sp) and Turi plant [Sesbania grandiflora (L.) Poitret] in bioremediation process. The concentration of Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon (TPH) sludge is 88.88%. For media treatment, the contaminated soil concentration were varied 2.5%; 5.0%; 7.5%; 10.0%; 12.5%; 15.0% (w/w) by adding ffesh soil, bulking agent 10%, and nutrition (N:P:K) 1% with ratio 10:1:0.1. The bioremediation process had been conducted during 12 weeks and every 2 weeks taken with observation parameter was Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon (TPH). Data were analyzed by using differential and integral methods, it showed that reaction order and degradation rate constant were 0.790 and 0.048 %°'2Iweek'1 respectively. The GC-MS analysis showed that hydrocarbon compounds sludge consist of carbon chains C15-C17, C18-C21 and >C22 with amounting 7.86%, 38.53% and 58.60% respectively. After 12 weeks, contaminated petroleum sludge soil degradated which peaks lost with media concentration treatment 7.5% residues that appear carbon chain >C22.
