The research aims to analyze Palembang’s economic abundance effects on the economy in the cities of South Sumatera province. The data used in this study is quantitative data, which is the time series data from 2011 to 2019 namely PDRB, inflation and PMTB of Palembang city. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression of time series data using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) models. The Research showed that the GRD of Palembang city had a positive and significant effect on the economy of Lubuk Linggau and Pagaralam city, Palembang City’s inflation variable also had an effect and showed significant result on the economy of Prabumulih, Lubuk Linggau and Pagaralam, similarly with PMTB of Palembang city also had a positive and significant effect on Palembang’s economy.
