This study aims to analyze the effect of Quality Of Work Life and Work Spirit. Quality of work life is the perception of employees that they feel safe, relatively satisfied and can develop as a whole person. In this study, researchers used a quantitative approach. This research is structured in order to provide a systematic description of scientific information derived from the subject and object of research. The results of this study indicate that the Effect of Quality of Work Life on Employee Morale at the Indonesian Islamic Bank (BSI) Palembang Sudirman Branch Office has a significant effect.
