This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of human resources on the performance of health workers at the Tanjung Agung Public Health Center (Puskesmas) in Muara Enim Regency. The population of this study was 105 health workers. The sample in this study amounted to 105 health workers using the saturated sample technique. The data collection method used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 105 respondents. The analysis technique used is Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The data is processed through the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26 program. The results of this study indicate that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on the performance of health workers.
