PENGARUH PRODUK DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUASAN NASABAH TABUNGAN PESIRAH PADA BANK SUMSEL BABEL CABANG JAKABARING KOTA PALEMBANG
This study aims to determine the effect of products and promotions on customer satisfaction with savings accounts at Bank Sumsel Babel, Jakabaring Branch, Palembang City. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from reliable journals and websites with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative analysis using statistical calculation methods by cursing two tests, namely: coefficient of determination (R2) and multiple linear regression using SPSS 21.0. The results of this study indicate that the product and promotion variables have an influence on customer satisfaction with Pesirah savings at Bank Sumsel Babel, Jakabaring Branch, Palembang City. The limitations of this study are the limited population and sample due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The variables in this study are limited to product and promotion variables
