: UJI IN VIVO EKSTRAK METANOL JAMUR ENDOFITIK 818 TANAMAN BROTOWALI (TINASPORA CRISPA L.) SEBAGAI ANTIBAKTERI TERHADAP SALMONELLA TYPHI DAN SHIGELLA DYSENTRIAE MENGGUNAKAN MENCIT (MUS MUSCULUS L.)
In Vivo Test of Methanol Extracts of Endophytic B\B Fungi Brotowali (Tinaspora crispa L.) has been tested as an antibacterials against Salmonella typhi and Shigella dysentriae by using Mice (Mus musculus L.). The research was previously conducted the isolation, culturitation and extraction until the methanol extract of endophytic B1B fungi was obtained which continued by doing the In Vivo test, using Salmonella typhi, Shigella dysentriae and animal testing mice (Mus musculus L.) and also the concentration 10 mg/kgw, 100 mg/kgw, and 1000 mg/kgw. The obtained result is 3 doses and the positive control/antibiotics have the same capabilities in reducing the average number of bacteria cells. The Metanol extract of endophytic B1B was found to have significant effect on mortality and less than the dose of infection Salmonella typhi and Shigella dysentriae recovered from feces and has potential as an antimicrobial for salmonellosis and shigellosis.
