IMPLEMENTASI MODEL VEHICLE ROUTING PROBLEM WITH TIME WINDOWS (VRPTW) TERHADAP BIAYA OPERASIONAL KENDARAAN PADA PENDISTRIBUSIAN AIR GALON (Studi Kasus : PT.Indotirta Sriwijaya Perkasa)
Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (VRPTW) is an optimization problem related to the distribution system where VRPTW is related in allocating vehicles to serve a number of in a specific time interval called Time Windows. In this research, the VRPTW model is used to implement vehicle route search in PT. Indotirta Sriwijaya Perkasa’s for distribution in Prabumulih. Distribution of gallon water in Prabumulih is divided into 4 Working Area. The completion using this VRPTW model result in each working area is divided into several sub tours with Time Windows that affect the Service Time. The solution of the model VRPTW showed the operational costs in Working Area 1 was IDR 1,325,467, operating costs in Working Area 2 was IDR 1,540,543, operating costs in Working Area 3 was IDR 1,222,485, and operating costs in Working Area 4 was IDR 1,107,763
