ANALISIS MODEL PADA SKEMA PEMBIAYAAN LAYANAN INTERNET JARINGAN WIRELESS DENGAN BIAYA MARJINAL DAN BIAYA PENGAWASAN BERDASARKAN FUNGSI UTILITAS ISOELASTIC
This study aims to analyze the model of the wireless network internet service financing scheme based on the isoelastic utility function with the addition of marginal and supervision costs to the flat-fee, usage-based, and two-part tariff financing schemes for the problem of homogeneous and heterogeneous consumers analytically and by modeling it as an optimization problem. The data used is digilib traffic obtained from secondary data from the Palembang City Police local server. This data is based on peak hours (07.00 – 18.00) wit and off-peak hours (19.00 – 06.00) wit. Based on traffic data, the total usage during peak hours is 1,349,132.96 bits with the average usage per month being 22,485.55 bits or 0.0274 kilobytes per second (kbps) while the total usage during off-peak hours is 1,296,167.23 bits with the average usage per month is 21,602.79 bits or 0.0264 kpbs. The optimal solution to the problem of wireless network internet service financing schemes for homogeneous and heterogeneous consumers (high-end and low-end) based on the type of financing scheme used is flat-fee, and for heterogeneous consumers (high-demand and low-demand) the most optimal based on the type of financing scheme used are usage-based and two-part tariff. Key Words : Internet Service Provider (ISP), Quality of Service (QoS), isoelastic utility function, marginal cost, supervision cost
