ANALISIS DISTRIBUSI TEGANGAN REGANGAN DAN PERPINDAHAN PADA SISTEM PERPIPAAN PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA GAS DAN UAP
Piping system is a system or construction of pipes in a factory, ship or refinery, where pipes are used as a means of transportation from the flow, both in the form of gases and liquids. In the power plant industry there is a hp. primary superheater pipe that flows with high-temperature fluid. With its use for high-temperature fluids, this pipe must be able to accept the load of high temperatures to avoid a failure such as a leak that can threaten the safety of humans around it. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an analysis of the hp. Primary superheater pipe. The purpose of this study was to analyze the stress distribution, strain, and displacement that occurred in this superheater primary hp pipe. The study used Caesar ii software to analyze stress, strain, and displacement in pipes. The analysis begins with modeling by inputting data on the specifications of this primary superheater hp pipe. The result of the stress analysis due to operating load of 36205.2 KPa at node 40, stress due to sustain load of 25394.8 KPa at node 229, stress due to expansion load of 14876.3 KPa at node 40. The result of displacement due to operating load of 54,701 mm in node 179, displacement due to sustain load of 7,059 mm in node 260, displacement due to expansion load of 52.37 mm in node 179. From the results of the analysis showed that in the hp pipe. primary superheater is not a critical area that experiences a maximum stress that exceeds the permit stress. Thus, it can be concluded that the hp. primary superheater pipe is in a safe condition to operate.
