Pengaruh Foot Massage Therapy terhadap Skala Nyeri Ibu Post Op Sectio Cesaria di Ruang Enim 2 RSMH Palembang ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Sectio caesarea merupakan tindakan alternatif dalam proses persalinan untuk menyelamatkan ibu dan janin. Nyeri merupakan dampak yang paling sering muncul dirasakan oleh ibu nifas dengan post operasi sectio caesarea, sehingga akan berdampak pada bounding atachment terganggu, mobilisasi terbatas, Activity Daily Living terganggu serta berpengaruh terhadap Inisiasi Menyusui Dini. Tujuan: Tujuan telaah literatur ini adalah untuk membuktikan pengaruh foot massage therapy terhadap skala nyeri ibu post op sectio cesaria. Metode: Metode yang digunakan pada telaah litertur ini yaitu menelaah sepuluh jurnal yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang dikehendaki penulis yang berasal dari google scholar dan PNRI. Hasil: Hasil dari telaah literatur ini memperlihatkan bahwa ada pengaruh foot massage therapy terhadap skala nyeri ibu post op sectio cesaria. Kesimpulan: therapy foot massage yang diberikan pada ibu post op sectio cesaria berpengaruh untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri. Purpose: The purpose of this literature review is to prove the effect of foot massage therapy on post sectio cesarea pain among patients at enim ward rsmh Palembang. Method: The method used in this litertur review is to study ten journals that meet the criteria desired by authors who come from Google Scholar and PNRI. Results: The results of this literature review explain that there is an effect of foot massage therapy on the pain scale of post-op cesarean patients.
