ANALISIS PENGARUH KETIDAKSEIMBANGAN BEBAN TERHADAP ARUS NETRAL DAN RUGI – RUGI (LOSSES) PADA TRANSFORMATOR DISTRIBUSI PD.0048 P.T PLN (PERSERO) ULP AMPERA PALEMBANG
Along with the increase in population, the need for electricity also increases, this is because electricity is needed by the community. With the increasing demand for electricity, it can cause an imbalance in the electrical load, the load imbalance that occurs in each phase is what causes current to flow in the neutral conductor, when that happens, losses will appear. In this study, the distribution transformer PD.0048 ULP Ampera Palembang carried out a measurement and calculation, which obtained the amount of current in each phase R, S, T and Neutral current in direction A before equalization was carried out in the amount of 112.2 A, 101.3 A, 115.1 A and 12.6 A . Then in majors C, namely 16.8 A , 56.4 A , 31.8 A , and 34.6 A . After equalizing the load of the R, S, T and Neutral phases in the A direction, namely 109.2A, 109.3A, 109.1A and 0.2 A. Then in the C department of 34.8 A, 35.4 A, 34.8A and 0.6 A. The load imbalance that occurs is in the A direction by 5%, then in the C direction by 40%. Losses (Losses ) before equalization 11479,784 Watts the percentage is 13.63%, then after load equalization is obtained losses of 5242,904 in a percentage of 6.22% with a large suppression of losses - 6241.6238 Watts or 7.41%.
