DEVELOPMENT OF E-LEARNING CONTENT SCHOOLOGY LEARNING OF WRITING POETRY OF CLASS X SMA NEGERI SUMATERA SELATAN ABSTRACT The carried out research is a research with Research and Development method. This research aims to produce development products in the form of E-Learning content Schoology learning of writing poetry of class X SMA Negeri Sumatera Selatan students. The used Research and Development method is a combined development research method from Borg and Gall and Lee and Owens. E-Learning content based on the Schoology learning of writing poetry of class X SMA Negeri Sumatera Selatan students is developed based on the results of the needs analysis of the students and teachers’ objective conditions. The next step is planning, which consists of designing content in the form of storyboards and flowcharts, developing products, and conducting expert validation and product revisions. The validation test is performed by experts from media, material, and linguist. The result from media experts’ validation get a total score of 46 or converted to 82,14% from the maximum score of 56. Then, the results from material experts’ validation get a total score of 48 or converted to 92,30% from the maximum score of 52. The result from linguist experts’ validation get a total score of 41 or converted to 93,18% from the maximum score of 44. Based on the results of the E-Learning Schoology content experts’ validation, the learning of writing poetry by students of class X SMA Negeri Sumatera Selatan is very valid and in the very good category.
