The analyze of coral reef research was conducted on july 2009 at territorial water Sea Protection Area Sub-district of Panggang Island Archipelago of Seribu, DKI Jakarta Province. The purpose of this research w as to know persentage cover coral reef and ajfluence of reef fish and to know correlation between percentage cover of coral reef and reef fish total at Sea Protection Area Sub-District of Panggang Island. The method was used to observe coral reef that doing line intercept transect method, to observe reef fish that doing belt method (visual sensus) in 5 meter and 10 meter depth at four research station. Correlation of reef fish total with percentage cover of coral reef was analyzed by a simple regression linier method. Condition of coral in territorial water Sea Protection Area Sub-District of Panggang Island was good. Percentage coverage of coral reef was 18,94-83%. Acropora, Montipora and Porites were dominant genus compared with the others. Reef fish were found at all station consist of 16 familes an 85 species with 5923 fish. Based on regression linier, it was found negative correlation for percentage cover of coral reef with reef fish in 5 meter depth that the formula of simple regression linier was Y = -0,788x + 653,35 with regression coefficient = 0,07. It was positive correlation in 10 meter depth that the formula of simple regression linier was Y = 15,17x - 9,213 with regression coefficient = 0,87.
