IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PENCEGAHAN PENYAKIT TUBERKULOSIS MELALUI APLIKASI SULI SIMULATOR WILAYAH KOTA LUBUKLINGGAU
Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that is still a public health problem and as one of the goals in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The number of cases in Lubuklinggau City 273 cases in 2020 decreased compared to 967 cases in 2019. This research aims to analyze the implementation of tb disease management program strategy in contact investigation activities through the use of SULI SIMULATOR application. This study uses qualitative design with participatory action research (PAR) approach through focus group discussion, in-depth interviews to 27 informants, and document review. Validation of the data used in the form of triangulation methods and sources. Next, it is analyzed using thematic methods. The results showed that for input in terms of HUMAN RESOURCES is still found Puskesmas that do not have analysts and in terms of the process of successful implementation of TB disease prevention program in the form of increasing public independence in TB contact investigation activities with the application of SULI SIMULATOR can increase the number of case detection rate (CDR) cases to 255 cases (22.76%) from the previous year, which is only 237 cases (21.16%). It was concluded that in tb prevention programs through contact investigation activities early detection of TB cases is needed the participation of the community, family in promoting, finding cases, as well as treatment support in family and community-based health efforts.
