COVID-19 is the cause of a global pandemic in the world, first discovered in Wuhan, China. Patients with COVID-19 who was confirmed positive had low immunity and attack the body resulting in fever, dry cough, shortness of breath to death and optimal nutrition was needed. The purpose of the studied was to analyze the implementation of nutrition service policies at the nutrition installation unit of the COVID-19 referral hospital in Palembang City. Observational research method with cross sectional Mix Methods Concurrent approach in 5 COVID-19 referral hospitals at Palembang City, January-May 2021, 30 informants and 112 COVID-19 patients. The Chi-square results show a significant relationship between length of stay and food waste with the recovery of COVID-19 patients. Logistic regression analysis found length of hospitalization
