The National Health Insurance (JKN) service is one of the compensations given to health workers at the puskesmas based on attendance, type of workforce, length of service, administrative tasks given and concurrent positions held. Inconsistency in providing services will lead to injustice for puskesmas employees. This study aims to determine the determinants of the amount of performance-based capitation services at the Lubuklinggau City Health Center. The research design is cross sectional. The research sample of puskesmas employees was 358 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis used chi-square test and logistic regression test. It is known that respondents with full attendance (71%), types of health workers (88.5%), years of service 10 years (90.8%), do not have dual administrative duties (90.8%) and (93.3% ) has no program responsibilities. The results showed that there were (62.6%) respondents received a low service charge
