The study determined the use of combination of cassava meal (Manihot esculenta) and Indigofera zollingeriana meal as a energy sources has been supplementated of citric acid in diet to carcass of broiler. This research conducted through four weeks four weeks at the Experimental Cage Laboratory of The Livestock Studies Program, Department of Technology and Livestock Industry, Faculty of Agriculture Sriwijaya University. This research is conducted experimentally with a randomized design, therefore, the study used 100 DOC broiler chickens. The study consisted of 5 treatments and five replications, using KSI (a combination of cassava tubers and Indigofera zollingeriana leaf meal) as a substitute for corn, which was different in each treatment (P1=5%, P2=10%, P3=15%, and P4= 20%) supplemented with 0.2% citric acid. There are three variables observed in this study: live weight, carcass percentage and abdominal fat percentage. The research data were analyzed using ANOVA, Multitype Range Test and Duncan's test. and Indigofera zollingeriana leaf meal supplemented with 0.2% citric acid had a significant effect (P0.05) on the abdominal fat percentage broiler chicken. Therefore, it is concluded that the combination of cassava tubers and Indigofera zollingeriana leaf flour at the level of 10% supplemented with 0.2% citric acid can be used as an energy source as a substitute for corn without having a bad influence on live weight, carcass percentage and abdominal fat percentage at broiler chicken.
