Gender equality is the fairness of treatment between men and women. This research will show the differences in the allocation of working time and analyze gender equality between male and female farm workers. The objectives of this study were (1) To analyze the working time between female oil palm plasm farm workers in Nusa Makmur Village, Air Kumbang District, Banyuasin Regency, (2) To analyze the level of gender equality of oil palm plasm farm workers, (3) To analyze the relationship between time allocations work of oil palm plasma farm workers with a level of gender equality. This research was conducted in Nusa Makmur Village, Air Kumbang District, Banyuasin Regency. The location selection was done purposively. The research method used in this research is the survey method. This study took 42 samples from 202 populations. Determination of the number of samples used in this study with the criteria of husband and wife who work as agricultural laborers at PT. Tunas Baru Lampung and the data collected in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The results of this study can be neglected (1) The average allocation of productive work time based on sanitation, harvesting, transportation, care and maintenance of male farmers is 249.33 HOK /Th and female is 198.07 HOK /Th. Meanwhile, the average allocation of domestic working time calculated through children's activities, preparing food, cleaning the house, and washing clothes was only done by women, amounting to 104.83 HOK /Th. (2) The level of gender equality of oil palm farm workers based on five measured indicators namely health, education, economy, politics and violence is 68% in high category. (3) There is no relationship between time and by gender based on scores on oil palm farm workers.
