UTILIZATION OF NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE (JKN) IN HEALTH FACILITIES DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC During the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a decline in the use of JKN in all health care facilities. This research is a phenomenological approach, so the focus of this research is to examine the use of JKN during the COVID-19 pandemic by analyzing the determination of the use of JKN in Puskesmas and independent physician practices. The informants are health workers, patients who use JKN and patients who do not use JKN at the puskesmas or independent practice doctors. The results of the study showed that there was a decrease in the use of JKN in April 2020 at puskesmas and independent practicing doctors in East Lubuklinggau 2 District, so there is a role after service hours, dental poly services, there is a recommendation not to provide health services except for diseases that cannot be cured after self-care, the role of online health services and the existence of alternatives to traditional health care or calling health workers home.
