KAJIAN REGIMEN DOSIS OBAT ANTIHIPERTENSI TERHADAP PASIEN GAGAL GINJAL KRONIS DI RSI SITI KHADIJAH PERIODE APRIL 2018 - MARET 2019
Chronic renal failure (CRF) is a disease of the kidney characterized by loss of kidney function with a decrease in the glomerular filtration rate of less than 60 mL/minute/1.73 m2 for more than 3 months. Hypertension is one of the initiating factors and progressive factors in kidney damage, so the use of antihypertensives to prevent and slow down kidney damage. The purpose of this study was to determine the dosage regimen for the use of antihypertensive drugs by analyzing the accuracy of the administration dose, route of administration, and the interval of administration of antihypertensive drugs in chronic renal failure patients at RSI Siti Khadijah Palembang for the period of April 2018 - March 2019. This research is a non-experimental study with an approach retrospective. Inclusion criteria were CRF patients who received antihypertensive therapy aged ≥18 years who received antihypertensive therapy and were hospitalized. The research data obtained were 77 samples. The most widely used antihypertensive drugs are the CCB group, namely amlodipinee and the diuretic group, namely furosemidee. The results of this study the dosage regimens of antihypertensive drugs was 99.24% precise the administration dose, 100% precise route of administration, and 96.18% precise interval of administration.
