The objective of this research was aim to identify postharvest paddy loss in ebb rice field. This research used survey method by direct observation in the field and data Processing used descriptive method. It was conducted in ebb rice field which cultivated ir-42 Vietnam variety. The results showed that the loss during harvesting activity was 2.34 %, trasportation was 1.98 %, threshing was 0.65 %, drying was 0.25 %, storage was 0.14 %, and milling was 0.4 %. The postharvest total loss was 5.76 %.
