In a day the radiology installation of Ernaldi Bahar Hospital receives 6-11 patients. This can increase the risk of radiation workers being exposed to higher X-ray radiation. Radiation doses that are not controlled will cause radiation workers to experience a drastic shortage of lymphocyte counts. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application management safety radiation at the radiology installation of Ernaldi Bahar Hospital, South Sumatra Province. This research is a qualitative research through observational, document review, indepth interviews and voice photos at Ernaldi Bahar Hospital, South Sumatra Province. Sources of information from this study obtained from several informants, the information will be grouped into key informants and other informants. There were 8 informants consisting of 3 key informants and 5 other informants. The triangulation used is method triangulation, source triangulation and data triangulation. The application of radiation safety management requirements has not been optimal because radiation personnel have not complied with existing regulations and radiation protection training has not been followed by all personnel, radiation protection requirements, technical requirements, safety verification and health monitoring of radiation workers have been carried out optimally. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of occupational management safety radiation at the radiology installation of Ernaldi Bahar Hospital has been going well.
