This study aims to (1) analyze the differences between organic and non-organic coffee cultivation in Sumber Karya Village, Gumay Ulu District, Lahat Regency, (2) Calculate the cost of production and income of organic coffee in Sumber Karya Village, Gumay Ulu District, Lahat Regency, (3) Calculate the price that farmers deserve so that the profit is greater than the sale of ordinary coffee in Sumber Karya Village, Gumay Ulu District, Lahat Regency. This research was conducted in Sumber Karya Village, Gumay Ulu District, Lahat Regency. The location selection was carried out by survey and the time of data collection was carried out in April 2020. The sampling method used was the census method with the number of respondents being 25 organic farmers and 5 for non-organic farmers to fulfill 30 samples. The data collected in this study are primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that in the process the difference between organic and non-organic coffee cultivation is in sterilizing that organic coffee in organic coffee cultivation is more difficult than non-organic robusta coffee cultivation because organic coffee is grown using pure organic fertilizers such as compost, natural pesticides that farmers use. make your own from natural ingredients without any mixture of chemicals. For the organic cost of Rp. 13,224. with a total production of 966. organic coffee farmers' income is Rp. 63,827,546. Meanwhile, the determination of a reasonable selling price for organic coffee is seen from the criteria that if the average household expenditure is considered feasible and vice versa if the average household expenditure is not feasible or not prosperous. It can be seen that the income of organic coffee in Sumber Karya Village is Rp. 63,827,546 per year and the average household expenditure of farmers is Rp. 25,152,200 per year. for sale to consumers.
