KINETIKA DEGRADASI LIMBAH MINYAK BUMI MENGGUNAKAN BAKTERI KONSORSIUM DAN RUMPUT ELEUSINE INDICA (L.) GAERTN
The kinetics of contaminated petroleum sludge soil was degradation of bacteria Consortium (Micrococcus sp, Pseudomonas Pseudomallei, Pseudomonas Pseudoalcaligenes and Bacillus sp) and Grass Eleusine indica (L.) Gaertn. Degradation is measured on the basis of some value to the initial concentration of Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon (TPH) is 88.88%. Model of research done by conditioning on the concentration sludge of 2.5%; 5.0%; 7.5%; 10,0%; 12.5% and 15.0% by adding fresh soil, bulking agent 10% and nutrition (N:P:K) with ratio 10:1:0.1. The degradation process had been conducted during 12 weeks and every 2 weeks the concentration sampling is taken with observation parameter is Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon (TPH). Data were analyzed by using differtial and integral methods, it showed that reaction order is 0.902 and and degradation rate 0.0816% week' respectively. The GC-MS analyzed showed that the initial hydrocarbon compounds are consists of C15-C17, C18-C21 and >C22- After 12 weeks biodegradation process, the residual hydrocarbon compound are dominated by hydrocarbon compounds with carbon chain >C22.
