Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) is an unintentional harmful response due to drug use. The drugs that most often cause ADR are cardiovascular drugs, one of which is used to treat coronary heart disease patients. ADR is one of the causes of nonadherence that can reduce the effectiveness of therapy, especially in geriatric patients. Non-adherence is very common in patients with coronary heart disease.
