Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem characterized by height or body length that is not proportional to age.Stunting can be caused by poor sanitation and hygiene behavior. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between environmental sanitation and hygiene behavior with the incidence of stunting. Method : The method of this research is an analytic observational with a cross sectional design. The population is elementary school students grades 4-6 with a sample of 86 students obtained by proportional random sampling technique.The analysis was carried out through statistical analysis of chi square test and logistic regression test. Result : In this study, 26 of 86 respondents (30.6%) experienced stunting. The variables of hygiene behavior, parents' income, diet and helminthiasis showed p value < 0.05.The results of multiple logistic regression test showed that the helminthiasis variable showed an OR of 17,672 (CI 3,384 – 92,289). Conclusion In this study, there is a relationship between hygiene behavior, parental income, diet and helminthiasis with the incidence of stunting.
