Backgrounds. Prediabetes is a condition where blood glucose is higher than normal but yet to be diagnosed as diabetes. This condition is mostly not recognized by people, which worsen the condition into diabetes. Therefore, in order to prevent diabetes, an early detection and education is important. As one of the education media, the website is expected to provide information, hence the prediabetes and diabetes rate could be reduced. This study aims to know users’ satisfaction level of prediabetes website services as a prediabetes preventive tool. Methods. This study is a descriptive observational with cross-sectional design. The sample used in this study is users of prediabetes website services from August-October 2021 who met the inclusion criterias. The data was taken from questionnaire via online by using google form and processed with STATA 15. Results. Based on sociodemographic, risk factors of prediabetes, and users’ meal portions, respondents felt highly satisfied with the prediabetes website services, as well as the system quality, information quality, and interaction quality. Conclusions. Majority of respondents are highly satisfied with prediabetes website services. Respondents suggested to optimize the website’s interface.
