The exploiting of Olive Ridley Turtles by the community caused the population decline rapidly, and so it vulnerable to extinction. The Information needed to form a management of olive ridley turtles in the wild is to determine the condition of the population such as fluctuations in populations of the landed olive ridley turtles and disruption of the population. This research was carried out on the Taman Wisata Air Hitam beach on 11 July to 22 August 2010. Observations done at night to find out whether or not the turtle landed. Turtle that landed, marked with the tools that had been prepared and measured carajpace length. These observations are ih order to detemuhe the ffequency and intervals of nesting, nest distribution, structure and population conditions of olive ridley turtles in the TWA Air Hitam. The results showed the eight turtles were marked only one tail of the re-laying and nesting interval was 11 days. The spread of olive ridley turtle nests on the beach TWA Air Hitam were more common in post 1, 2, and 3 while in the post 4 and 5 was almost not found one because turtles have been polluted by waste oil palm mill. The population structure of Olive Ridley turtles in the TWA Air Hitam crash because the numbers of turtles that have a carapace size from 66.6 to 69.5 are worth Iow. Then Olive Ridley turtles population condition in the TWA Air Hitam decreased from the previous year
