A research of liquid waste PT. PUSRI treatment by using natural coagulant from seed extract of kelor seeds had been done. The active component of kelor seed was extracted using I M NaCl salt solution and water. The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of ammonia concentration at optimum conditions. At optimum condition. the using of kelor seed extract which extracted using NaCl obtained in 0.0733 % weight/volume got the effectiveness in the amount of 22.680% and 120 minutes contact time got the effectiveness in the amount 24.226%. while the using of kelor seed extract which extracted using water obtained in 0.014 % weight/volume got the effectiveness in the amount of 5.790% and 45 minutes contact time got the effectiveness in the amount 8.494%.
