Seagrass ecosystem at Pari Island water is realrable but minimize of infonnation about marine farming the negative effect for seagrass ecosystem it self. The purpose of this research was to know the growth and production velocity of Enhalus acoroides and Thalassia hemprichii in ecology condition at Pari Island. The method used systematic randomize sampling that using Line Transect and Plot Quadrat 1x1 nr and 25x25 cm2. The result shown that growth of E. acoroides new leaf 9.5 mm/day, old leaf 9.3 mm/day. The growth of T. hemprichii new leaf 4.1 mm/day, and old leaf 4.0 mm/day. Production of leaf of E. acoroides 1.4 g/m2 day and T. hemprichii 0.3 g/m2 day.
