This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction on job performance of early childhood education teachers in Bandar Lampung. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a role of job satisfaction on the performance of early childhood education teachers in Bandar Lampung. The sample of this study were early childhood education teachers with at least C accreditation in Bandar Lampung City with a total of 150 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. There are two scales used as a measuring tool for this research, the job satisfaction scale modified from the TJSS (Teacher's Job Satisfaction Scale) by Lester (1987) and job performance scale which refers to job performance dimensions of Cai and Lin (2006).
