Indoor air quality is very influential on human health because most people spend their time indoors. Poor air quality and inappropriate living conditions will lead to various health problems, one of which is Sick Building Syndrome. Some of the health problems that arise are complaints of the eyes, nose, throat, breathing and skin problems. These complaints lead to the incidence of Sick Building Syndrome if felt by at least 20% of the total occupants. This study aims to determine the incidence of Sick Building Syndrome and analyze its relationship with air physical factors and individual factors of IT employees at Bank Sumsel Babel Jakabaring Palembang Methods. This research is an observational analytic study with cross-sectional design. The sample in this study was taken using the total sampling method. The number of samples in this study were 51 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and measurement of air quality samples. The data in this study were analyzed by univariate, bivariate (chi-square test), and multivariate (binary logistic regression). Results. The results of this study indicate that from 51 employees of the IT department of Bank Sumsel Babel Jakabaring Palembang who became respondents, 21 (41.2%) indicated that they had SBS and 31 other employees did not. There is no significant relationship between particulates (PM1,PM2.5, PM10) (p-value=0.518), temperature (p-value=0.518), lighting (p-value=0.518), humidity (p-value=0.518), age (p-value= 0.167), gender (p-value= 0.139), and years of service (p-value= 0.091) with the incidence of SBS. The most common symptom felt by employees was fatigue (47.1%) and the symptom that was not felt by any employee was shortness of breath (0%). Conclusion. In this study, it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between the physical quality of indoor air and individual factors with the incidence of SBS in IT employees at Bank Sumsel Babel Jakabaring Palembang.
