PERSEPSI DAN PERILAKU ADAPTASI DOSEN DAN MAHASISWA DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DARING DI FAKULTAS KEDOKTERAN UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
Background : Since WHO declared COVID-19 as a global pandemic, there have been major changes in the learning process around the world. Universities were asked to conduct distance learning and suggested that they carry out learning from their respective homes through bold learning. This study aims to assess the perception and adaptation behavior of lecturers and students in the bold learning process at the Faculty of Medicine, Sriwijaya University. Methods : This research is a descriptive research. The samples were lecturers and students at the Faculty of Medicine, Sriwijaya University who met the inclusion criteria and were taken using the stratified random sampling technique for the student sample, and simple random sampling for the lecturer sample. The data used is primary data taken through filling out a questionnaires. Results : There were 143 samples of students from 3 different classes and 58 samples of lecturers who had met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of this study indicate that the perception of lecturers in the online learning process is good (x̅ = 55.55), students' perceptions in the online learning process are categorized as sufficient (x̅ = 54.35), the adaptation behavior of lecturers in the online learning process which is assessed directly by the lecturers is categorized as very good. (x̅ = 109.55), the assessment of lecturer performance in the online learning process by students is categorized as sufficient (x̅ = 58.34), student self-regulated learning behavior is very good (x̅ = 73.36), student behavior and attitudes according to lecturers are very good (x̅= 74.09). Conclusion : The perception and adaptive behavior of lecturers and students in the online learning process at the Faculty of Medicine, Sriwijaya University gave a good results from lecturers and students.
