Outpatient utilization in Indonesia has experienced ups and downs. According to BPS data, in 2016 the percentage of the population utilized outpatient services was 56.27%, in 2017 it was 46.32 and in 2018 it was 48.66%. This study aimed to analyze the utilization of outpatient services in Indonesia using Susenas 2019. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data from 2019 National Socio-Economic Survey, the Health and Housing Module. This study used a cross-sectional study design. The analysis used in this study included univariate analysis, bivariate analysis and multivariate analysis. The results showed that the respondents who utilized outpatient services were 45.4%.
