ROBUST SET COVER PROBLEM DALAM PENENTUAN LOKASI OPTIMAL UNIT GAWAT DARURAT DI KOTA PALEMBANG
This research aims to develop a Robust Set Covering Problemmodel using the P-median Problem and applied with the Technique For Other Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution method in optimizing the location of emergency facilities in Palembang City based on robustness problems such as distance that are not known with certainty. The P-median problem is the center of various discrete location modeling and theory which aims to find the optimal facility location in order to minimize the distance between the demand point to the facility location, and minimize the total cost of each request and facility.Robust Set Cover Problem is an uncertainty approach technique that aims to minimize costs.Technique For Other Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution is a multi-criteria decision-making method based on the concept of the best selected alternative.Based on the results and discussion, it is obtained that the largest preference value is located in〖 (v〗_2), then 〖(v〗_2) as the most optimal location where 〖(v〗_2)Bukit Kecil District is DR AK Gani General Hospital and Pulmanory specialty Hospital, then in second place is Alang-Alang Discrict 〖(v〗_1) namely Rika Amelia Hospital , the third is Ilir Timur II District 〖(v〗_7)namely Trinanda Hospital and Moulya Clinic, then Kertapati District 〖(v〗_12)namely PTKAI Kertapati Clinic and Ilir Barat I District〖 (v〗_4)namely Siloam Sriwijaya General Hospital.
