ROBUST SET COVER PROBLEM DALAM PENENTUAN LOKASI DINAMIK OPTIMAL INSTALASI GAWAT DARURAT DI KOTA PALEMBANG
This study aims to optimize the location and distance of the Emergency Installation (IGD) in the city of Palembang, by applying the Robust Set Cover problem model. Robust SCP is one of the methods used to optimize facility location problems that can be solved by modeling the P-median using the TOPSIS method so as to serve the needs from the point of request to the location of the facility. In the city of Palembang, there are 23 hospitals that have emergency room facilities from 18 sub-districts. By using the Robust set cover problem in finding the optimal location by applying the P-median problem model in order to obtain 4 optimal ER locations and by using the Tehnique for Order Preference by Simiarity to ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to find the distance (radius) of the optimal location according to the The districts with the number of hospitals that have emergency emergency facilities are Ilir Timur District I (RSIA YK Maadira, RSU RK Charitas, and RSU Sriwijaya), Ilir Barat District I (RSU Bunda, RSU Siti Khodijah, RSIA Bunda Noni, and RSU Siloam Sriwijaya). Sukarami (RSU Ar-Rasid and RSU Mirya) and Plaju District (RSU Pertamina and RSIA Marissa). Based on the P-median model and the completion of the TOPSIS method, the order of sub-districts with optimal locations is obtained from 18 sub-districts that have emergency department facilities in the city of Palembang.
