The lead (Pb) emission comes from gasoline which originates from organic lead compounds, besides that Lead (Pb) comes from motor vehicle batteries. The Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) in the Seberang Ulu II sub-district, Palembang City is one of the places to refuel with a high level of Pb exposure and pollution due to the large number of vehicles entering and leaving to refuel. This causes operators to be exposed to lead (Pb) levels in the air which have the potential to cause health problems. This study aims to determine the environmental health risks of exposure to Lead (Pb) through inhalation at the operator at the refueling station at SPBU X in Seberang Ulu II District, Palembang city. This research is a type of descriptive research using quantitative analysis. This research uses environmental health risk analysis method with univariate analysis. The sample in this study were 22 officers with a sampling technique using total sampling. The measurement results show the average concentration of Lead (Pb) in the air is 0.01484 g/Nm3, which means it is still below the threshold value set by the South Sumatra Governor Regulation No.17 of 2005 concerning Lead (Pb) which is 2 g/Nm3. The results of the risk analysis showed that the gas station workers in Seberang Ulu II Palembang City had non-carcinogenic health risks as many as 4 respondents (18.2%) who had RQ> 1 for realtime exposure. For lifetime exposure of all respondents (100%), having an RQ > 1 means having a large risk of being unsafe. While the results of the carcinogenic risk analysis (ECR) showed that the gas station staff in Seberang Ulu II Palembang City did not have a carcinogenic health risk, namely ECR
