PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA EDUKASI POP UP BOOK TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP REMAJA PUTRI TENTANG TABLET TAMBAH DARAH (TTD) DI MADRASAH ALIYAH MA'ARIFUL ULUM KABUPATEN BANYUASIN
According to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2019, the coverage of giving blood tablets to young women in the province of South Sumatra has not met the 2018 target of the Strategic Plan, which is < 25%. This research is in the form education using Pop Up Book media with the aim of increasing the knowlwdge and attitudes of young women about TTD. This research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental research design and a pre-test design with control group design. This study uses interventional procesures and performed pretest and posttest to get scores of the respondent’ knowledge and attitudes. The samples were Adolescent girls totaling 68 people, 34 people in the experimental group and 34 people ini teh control group. Samples were taken by random sampling. The resuls data were obtained by using questionnaires knowledge and attitudes when pretest and posstest. The results showed that the average respondents knowledge in the experimental group before being given intervention 53,09 and 82,06 after intervention with (p = 0,000). While the average of respondents knowledge in the control group before 57,79 and 73,68 after intervention with (p = 0,000). the average of respondents attitudes in the experimental group before 78,82 and 79,07 after intervention with (p = 0,000), While the average of respondents attitudes in the control group before 75,98 and 77,59 after intervention with (p = 0,041). So it can be concluded that there is a difference in the average knowledge score of respondents who get intervention with the media Pop up Book with respondents who get intervention with media leaflet a difference of 8,38 point. And the average difference in attitude score of respondent who received interventioninreceived health education with the media pop up book with respondents who received intervention with the media Pop up Book with respondents who get intervention with media leaflet a difference of 1,47 point. Researcher suggests that the Pop up Book educational media can be reproduced and used as an alternative educational media regarding the blood supplement tablet (TTD) program for young women.
