Patient satisfaction is a benchmark for patients to make decisions on the use of services in hospitals. Based on data from the Health Profile of South Sumatra Province in 2017, the value of BOR (Bed Occupancy Rate) at Ogan Ilir District General Hospital showed data of 30%. The lower BOR, ALOS, and BTO indicate that the quality of service in hospitals decreases. This study aims to find out the level of satisfaction of JKN patients at Ogan Ilir Hospital Inpatient Installation. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach and uses the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population used in this study was all JKN patients in the hospitalization installation of Ogan Ilir Regency Hospital. The sample numbered 139 people. The results of this study showed that the patient satisfaction analysis using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) model with a value of 75.08% which means that the majority of patients feel quite satisfied with their servants. Patient satisfaction analysis using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) model per dimension is Tangibility (71.75%), Reliability (76.14%), Responsiveness (79.47%), Assurance (79.52%) and Emphaty (70.30%) which shows that all these dimensions of respondents are still dissatisfied. According to the priority to be improved according to the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) is the sixth attribute that states about the condition of the bathroom that is clean and can be used and the ninth is an inpatient room free of insects (flies, cockroaches, and mosquitoes). The need for Ogan Ilir Regency Hospital to maintain its services such as the reliability of doctors and nurses in handling patients. But there needs to be improvements to medical devices and a timely doctor's schedule.
