NEUTROPHIL-LYMPHOCYTE RATIO (NLR) DAN D-DIMER SEBAGAI MARKER PREDIKTOR KEMATIAN PADA PASIEN COVID-19
Introduction. Globally, as of July 16, 2021, there were 188,655,968 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 4,067,517 deaths. Several studies have reported that the value of NLR and D-Dimer is strongly associated with clinical worsening of COVID-19 patients. This study aims to determine the levels of NLR and D-Dimer as predictor markers of death in COVID-19 patients. Method. This research is an analytic observational study with a cross sectional research design. The research data used is the medical record data of 275 confirmed COVID-19 patients who were hospitalized at RSMH Palembang for the period January 2021-June 2021. Data were analyzed using the ROC curve, univariate, bivariate, and logistic regression analysis. Result. From 275 patients, 220 patients survived and 55 patients died within 7 days. D-Dimer levels>3.19 g/mL were found in 52 (94.5%) patients while NLR levels>9.6667 were found in 44 (80%) patients who died. Then by bivariate analysis, there was a significant relationship between NLR and D-Dimer levels with the death of COVID-19 patients (P value
