IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN DANA BANTUAN OPERASIONAL KESEHATAN (BOK) DI PUSKESMAS DANA MULYA KABUPATEN BANYUASIN
Health Operational Assistance is a government effort to assist regions in achieving national targets in the health sector which are mandatory regional authorities. The Dana Mulya Health Center fulfills the needs of the community through 6 programs, ranging from nutrition, KIA / KB, sanitation, health promotion, prevention and eradication of infectious diseases, and treatment. However, in the management of BOK funds, there are still many obstacles so that the achievement of the program's success has not been fulfilled. This study aims to find out information about the implementation of the BOK program implementation process at the Dana Mulya Community Health Center, Banyuasin Regency. This study uses qualitative research with data collection methods in depth interviews and observations. The number of informants consisted of 5 people. However, one of them did not respond cooperatively. The results showed that the socialization of the BOK fund policy did not involve other parties outside the health center, there was still a lack of human resources at the health center in carrying out BOK activities, the measurement of understanding and attitudes of BOK implementers was only seen from the feedback in the form of activity reports, there was no Puskesmas SOP to manage BOK funds and not there is a special organizational structure that handles the BOK section. Suggestions for related agencies are to increase human resources in carrying out BOK activities at puskesmas so that they have a special division for BOK fund management and can provide facilities such as special training on the proper implementation of BOK funds
