This study aims to determine the role of social support on the resilience of employees that experience work termination during the covid- 19 pandemic. There’s a role of social support on the resilience in the hypothesis of this study. Participants in this study totally consists of 150 employees that experience work termination during covid- 19 pandemic. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The measuring instrument used is the resilience scale which refers to the resilience component proposed by Wagnild and Young (1990) and social support scale which refers to the form of social support by Sarafino and Smith (2011). The researcher analyzed the data using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis showed that the value of R square are 0.299 F = 63.091 and p = 0.000 (p
