FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PEMANFAATAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN BAGI PESERTA JKN DI PUSKESMAS PADANG SELASA PALEMBANG ERA COVID-19
The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a decrease in the use of health services, but amidst this decline, there are still JKN participants who take advantage of health services. Thus, researchers aim to find out the factors that influence the utilization of health services for JKN participants at the Padang Selasa Palembang Health Center in the Covid-19 Era. This study uses a quantitative research method with an observational approach using a cross sectional design. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique in the working area of Puskesmas Padang Selasa, amounting to 152 people. The variables studied were age, gender, education, occupation, income, access to health centers, perceptions of health workers' attitudes, and perceptions of illness. The data obtained were analyzed using the chi square test. The results of the study showed a relationship between gender (P-value = 0.017), income (P-value = 0.045), access (P-value = 0.0001), and perceptions of the attitudes of health workers (0.000) with the use of health services for participants. JKN. There is no relationship between age (P-value = 0.335), education (P-value = 0.277), occupation (P-value = 0.162), and perception of illness (P-value = 0.781) with the use of health services for JKN participants. Suggestions for Puskesmas Padang Tuesday can provide health services through telemedicine to diagnose, prevent disease, treat and evaluate diseases by doctors, so that people can still take advantage of health services without fear of contracting Covid-19 during the Covid-19 pandemic and effective work programs that are preventive and promotive related to Covid-19.
