This study aims to determine whether there is a role of hardiness towards academic burnout in college student who undergo online learning in Palembang City. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a a role of hardiness on academic burnout. Respondents in this study amounted to 200 students of the 2018, 2019, dan 2020 through online learning in Palembang City. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling. This study uses two main scales as a measuring tool, namely the Academic Burnout scale which refers to the dimentions of Schaufeli, Martínez, Pinto, Salanova, dan Barker (2002 and hardiness scale which refers to the aspects of Kobasa, Maddi, dan Kahn (1982).
