HUBUNGAN ANTARA POLA MAKAN DENGAN KEJADIAN KEKAMBUHAN GASTRITIS DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PEMULUTAN KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
Gastritis is an inflammatory process caused by irritation and infection of the gastric mucosa and submucosa. Gastritis often recurs in people who have a poor diet and consume foods that can stimulate stomach acid to increase This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between diet and the incidence of gastritis recurrence in the Puskesmas Pemulutan Ogan Ilir Regency. Quantitative research with cross sectional design. Using secondary data obtained from the Pemulutan Health Center and primary data obtained from direct interviews and questionnaires. With the sample random sampling method. The study population was all gastritis patients. The study sample was 123 patients with gastritis who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analyzes. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the frequency of eating (P = 0.007)with recurrence of gastritis. However, the results of the bivariate analysis also showed that there was no significant relationship between types of food (P =1,000), and the interval between meals (P =0.781) with the incidence of recurrence of gastritis.
