This research w as conducted in chinese cabbage farms belong to farmers in Soak Desa Sukabangun, Kecamatan Sukarame. The research was conducted ffom May to July 2009, aimed at counting the popuiation of E. pulchrum and damage caused by the pest as well as identified the egg parasitoid of the insect.The research used survey method applied direct observation in the field.Popuiation observation was done weekly for a fiill cropping season, started when thecrop aged one (1) week until pod formation of the crop (approximately 7 weeksafter planting). The observation was focused on the popuiation and the damage intensity caused by the E. pulchrumt the species of its egg parasitoid and the level ofparasitation.The result showed that the highest popuiation of E. pulchrum was 0.04 per plant for the nymph and 0.49 per plant for the adult. The average damage intensity was 1.04% on the leaf and 31.42% on the pod of the crop. The species of egg parasitoid found was Telenemus sp (Hymenoptera: Scelionidae) with parasitation level reached 38.06% on the egg of E. pulchrum.
