This research aim to know the effect of TKKS application on some propertiesof physical and Chemical Ultisol soil based to durations of giving TKKS. This researchwas conducted at PT Sampoema Agro Tbk. Mesuji land at block 22/A, 23/B, 27/C,33/B, 12/A, 12/B, 24/D, 12/C, 00/C, 24/A, 24/B, 10/B ,02/C, 02/D, 11/C, 11/D, 10/A,10/C, 11/A, 24/C at Kec. Mesuji, Kab. OKI, South Sumatera. This research used thecompletely randomized design (RAL) with the treatment factor is the age of TKKS application’s factor with 5 levels, such as : Ao without application (control), Aj (1 times application for 1 year), A2 (2 times application for 2 year), A3 ( 3 times application for 3 year), and A4 (4 times application for 4 year). Every treatment was 4 times repeated.The result of this research shows that Empty Palm Oil Fruit Bunches (TKKS) give real effect on aggregate stability (for 20-40 cm), soil acidity pH H20 ( 0-20 deepness), N-total (0-20 cm and 20-40 cm), and Mg (0-20 cm).cm
